Seniors' Roundtable: Composition of the Roundtable

The Round Table reflects the diversity of the Riverview Population.
The make up includes a senior representative selected by the organization they represent approved by council. The organizations are as follows:

The Roundtable has a town councilor, to act as a liaison between the Mayor and committee.

The Town of Riverview Seniors Roundtable will be hosting National Seniors" Day on October 1, 2017
The Celebration will be held at the Fundy Chocolate Riverview Station in the Cocoa Room from 2- 4PM.

The Junior Jill’s consists of 5 fiddlers and 1 piano player, ranging in age from 12-16.

Going into their 3rd year of performing as a group, they have performed at various local fundraisers, Sackville Fall Fair, and the Super Fiddle Show in Riverview NB, where they received a standing ovation for their performance.

The Celebration is Free - Open to the public no registration required.

Seniors Roundtable In-Motion

The Seniors Roundtable has joined the in-motion steering committee to promote physical activity initiatives in Riverview.“ by modeling” the mission statement of in motion by incorporating physical activity into daily life.

Evelyn Forsythe and Cecile Cassista will serve as the representatives for the roundtable to publicly support the initiative and encourage participation within their circle of influence along with members of the Roundtable. You may contact Evelyn at 386 8625 or Cecile Cassista to find out how to become active with in-motion.

The Seniors Roundtable will act as a link to the community, and groups to provide leadership to support in motion.
